Rockhampton Zoo Free Flight Aviary
The Friends of the Gardens will be assisting Council's Recreation Services Staff to replant and re-mulch the Free Flight Aviary.
After being closed for some period of time, preparations are being finalised to have the aviary reopened in the very near future.
Works undertaken in the Free Flight Aviary have included the installation of new decking and balustrade to the boardwalk, with all materials made from recycled plastics and carbon fibre.
